How will I receive my product?

After completing your purchase, your files will be available for immediate download from your order page. A download link may also be sent to your email.

Do you ship physical products?

No. All of our products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

What file format will I receive?

How many times can I print the files?

You may print the files as many times as needed for personal or classroom use.

هل يمكنني مشاركة الملفات مع الآخرين؟

Can I share the files with others?

لا. الملفات مرخصة للمشتري فقط، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو مشاركتها أو توزيعها أو رفعها على أي موقع أو منصة.

No. Your purchase grants a license for the buyer only. Reselling, sharing, distributing, or uploading the files is not permitted.

هل يمكن استرجاع قيمة الطلب؟

Do you offer refunds?
